โSuper comfortable for a one night stay, the TV was a little confusing to figure out but not really a big deal. The bed was comfortable, the food was delicious, and the service was top notch. Every agent at the hotel I dealt with was pleasant and courteous too. Even the maids said good morning and good evening which is an amazing touch! โ
โThe staff is wonderful! They keep the hotel very clean and are available at frint desk 24 hrs. Many food options on the same street as hotel and right across the street from the beach. Gyom restaurant and the Boathouse are excellent for seafood at reasonable prices. The people are very friendly. It helps to have a translator on your phone if you don't speak Spanish. There is a strong police & guard presence in boca chica as they are keeping crime down. Definately fealt safe. We would stay here...

โLOVED THIS PLACE!!!!The room was perfect, the treatment made me feel like a princess! I only have 3 suggestions: 1- to put a handle on the pool. 2- to have more "criollo" menu options. 3- to keep a good amount of Coke Zero available. The place felt like I was visiting my old relatives' house. So cozy, perfectly decorated and the cleanliness was impecable! I'll definitely stay there my next trip to DR.โ
โThe front desk stage was very polite and atrentive to all the needs. The butler was excellent. The waiter outstanding especially the guy at the restaurant called El Barรณn he was outstanding in his service โ
โI've stayed at many hotels in my life and I have to give this hotel a ten for what it is and the price I paid for it. I needed a hotel that was close to the airport and cheap enough to stay for the night. The hotel is a little hard to see from the parking lot at night but with helpful security I felt completely safe as I wandered up the small hill to get to the hotel. My very late check in was definitely a plus. It is gated and secure with a great security guard watching the entrance.
