"I can recommend this sanctuary of a hotel for the beauty, service, breakfast , comfortable bed, sound of the river, trail behind the hotel and the bathtub ( a rare find in the sacred valley. Frank and Lyda were attentive and helpful. They went out of their way for us. I absolutely love room 3, which is on the second floor with a gorgeous view of the river. "The photos looked great and stated a king bed, I made sure to ask for the king bed at the property and they gave us a double bed. We made the best of it but our shower had a dead grasshopper in it along with used soap from the previous tenants, the shower curtain was also filthy and the room was over all super dusty. It was super loud you could hear the conversations from the lobby in the room. Do not recommend. "

"This hotel was completely misrepresented online. There is no spa, no sauna, no spa, no breakfast, no restaurant. The suite was dirty, there were no towels, no shampoo, conditioner or body wash, no hot water in the shower and there was standing water in it when we went to turn it on. The sink would not drain. "Great customer service. The people at the reception were very friendly and go above and beyond to help you with anything you need. The hotel itself is very basic, you need to ask the reception before taking a shower for warm water, and we needed to ask for a second towel every day, as we only received one towel for two people. Nevertheless the staff was very happy to help with this. The hotel is only a 15min walk from the main square, so I can recommend the hotel if you are looking for a budget...
