"WOW! This place is truly amazing. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They booked tickets for us to see the Cathedral and Alcázar, and also made reservations for us to see an incredible flamenco show down the street. The neighborhood is not in city center as others have mentioned, but it’s a lovely, trendy area with great restaurants all around. Staying away from the crowded city center was a very welcome relief for us and the location was perfect. It’s about a 20 minute very scenic walk...

The only downside was the location—it’s a bit far from most attractions, so we had to rely on taxis to get around. While buses are available, they’re not the easiest option with little ones. "The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. I didn’t like that the windows couldnt be locked and the deadbolt of the door didnt seem to work- would have appreciated if there was someone on site to address these concerns, but unfortunately nobody came to check when we raised these worries. "
