"I had an amazing time at the Planet Hollywood Costa Rica. Every single staff member from check-in to check out, to buffet dining, fine dining, various bartenders, pool people. Everybody was friendly and welcoming, and always had a smile on their face. Best customer service I've seen in a long time. All of the food was delicious. The coffee shop amazing. The nightly shows were very entertaining. Shout outs: Jimmy pool bartender, Alexa 3rd floor bartender and Noha front desk person. I wish I can remember everybody's name, again all employees were wonderful. And the monkeys by the beach are super cute."

"Stayed here for 2 nights and I can say it’s the best budget all inclusive hotel in Costa Rica! Location and food was great but there’s not a lot of food options to choose from. They have friendly staff but not the ones in the restaurant. They are just busy talking to each other and doesn ’t even want to have an interaction with guests. View was nice! Looks like a painting from afar! Also, don’t forget to hang the DND sign on your door as the hotel staff just go in to your room without knocking and refilling bath towels. "

"Swim up bar was nice, only had 1 main restaurant but they did have dufferent themed dinners so the food changed. I wished the staff catered to you while on the beach but otherwise it is a very nice and friendly property. "

"We went for our 10 year wedding anniversary. First time to Costa Rica. Could not have had a better experience. The campus was spotless and verdant. The staff were unfailingly helpful and accommodating. The concierge staff were excellent and thoughtful. The food was delicious. And the views were stunning. 10/10 recommend."
