"The room was absolutely gorgeous with a great view and wonderful amenities. The full glass doors were gorgeous and we had ample space. Easy location and parking."

"What an excellent choice the Argantinio turned out to be for our two nights stay in Cadiz. Driving there we found it relatively straightforward to find and the hotel having its own garage at the hotel was perfect - somewhere we could leave the car for the duration of our stay while exploring the old city with its narrow streets by foot. The hotel is designed very well and with magnificent moorish painted doors. Our room was spacious and well appointed and the beds were extremely comfortable. I enjoyed a couple of hours after a day's exploring on the tasteful and relaxing rooftop terrace of the hotel with a cup of coffee from my room and a pastel de nata from a nearby bakery. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfasts. Generous freshly squeezed orange juice, a very good coffee, granola, quality yogurt and ham and cheese and fruit. We didn't need anything else till dinner (don't mention the pastel de nata!). A very good hotel, we were so pleased with our choice!"

"Great location and a beautiful property with lots of potential. Overall we had a good stay, but a few things let it down. The bathroom could have been cleaner, and some of the staff weren’t particularly friendly or welcoming. Breakfast on our first morning felt rushed and disorganised, and the breakfast staff came across quite rude. The rooftop, garden and pool areas are lovely, but often felt empty and a little neglected. Overall, a decent stay, but only 3 stars because with a bit more attention to detail, this place could be really fantastic."

"I'm over 80 and found the ordering of our stay difficult. On arrival I was told that the booking was not for the night but the following night so had to make another booking. I was told that Crisol Monasterio de San Miguel could not transfer the booking so I paid twice. I found your ordering system difficult to navigate and would be very grateful if you could refund me the booking that I could not use. I look forward to hearing from you. Kind regards Ian Hazeel."

"I had a wonderful stay for my birthday. The spa and the hydrothermal circuit were lovely and very relaxing, and all of the spa staff were so kind. The hotel was quiet, the views were unbeatable, and the poolside service was a lovely bonus. The only downside was the pool outside my room was a little chilly."
