안락하고 편했다. 환풍기 소음은 어떻게 해야 하는지?
1) 숙소가 정결해서 좋았다. 욕실 이곳저곳을 타월로 닦아 청소상태를 점검하는 아내도 아무 불평을 하지 않았고, 덕분에 방 바꿔 달라는 요청을 하지 않아 편했다. 2) 직원들이 친절하고 상냥했다. Wi-Fi를 연결 못했는데 접수대에 노트북을 가져가니 직접 연결시켜 주었고, 한밤중에 바람 쐬러 잠시 나갔다 들어올 때 남자직원이 기다렸다가 출입문을 열어 주었다. 3) 온도랑 환기 조절을 잘 못해서인지 한밤중에 환풍기 도는 소리가 한때 시끄러웠다.

Excellent hotel. Staff was very friendly and let us check in early. The hotel is exceptionally clean and comfortable. Wonderful amenities. Close to restaurants and the river. Only complaint is that it’s on an intersection that is quite noisy and there’s a vacant lot right next door, but otherwise it’s perfect. Would definitely stay again.

Great hotel
I stayed at this hotel for four nights. Everything from the room to customer service was top notch. The only thing I didn't care for was their pillows. If you don't care for feather pillows I suggest you bring your own. Outside off that I highly recommend this hotel.

Top notch hotel
We will definitely stay at Hampton Inn Downtown La Crosse again when in the city. The room and hotel are very clean and smell fresh. The bed was comfortable and the hotel staff were very kind and friendly. The breakfast is delicious and the people working the breakfast area really care that the food and area are well taken care of. A very small request of the hotel...is to put magnifying make-up mirrors in the bathrooms so we women who are far-sighted can see better. Seriously, it's a tremendous facility.

This hotel was perfect for our stay! We went for Christmas shopping and the Christmas lights. The hotel staff was very friendly, the property was clean, and unlike some places we have stayed; breakfast was served until 10am, allowing us to be more leisure in the morning. We would stay here again!

I liked that the facility was set back by about a block from busy West Washington. The room seemed to have good sound insulation. The breakfasts were well-presented and offered a nice range of options.

Started our stay with a friendly greeting. The trim was clean and comfortable. We stayed for a quick trip just enough to rest our heads. Breakfast the next morning was well stocked and very good

Great location in downtown LaCrosse- wonderful breakfast and our daughter really enjoyed the pool as well. Close to UWL Campus as well. We'll be back!

Liz the hotel receptionist was FABULOUS! From assisting with obtaining an additional night stay to her fabulous concierge services 😊 Emma was also super helpful during our stay. Great location to river walk! Fabulous king studio suite room!

Having stayed at numerous hotels in the area this one was my favorite. The room was really big and updated, the staff was friendly, the free breakfast was great and the location is key if you want to be able to walk to restaurants/bars/shopping in the area. The only thing that was not perfect was the bed - it wasn't very comfortable. It would have been a 5 star otherwise. We'll be back regardless!
