Room did not look like photos. We had to make our own beds!!! The hotel is in a remote location where the restaurant and local grocery store were closed. The hotel staff did not inform us ahead of our stay, forcing us to drive 60 minutes both ways to find the nearest play to dine.

Les appartements ont été rénové. On est pas dans une gamme luxe mais les appartements sont confortables et très bien agencés ( des placards partout). Les gens de l'accueil sont sympas. Accès à la piscine municipale de doucy gratuit l'été pour les clients de la résidence. Un bon rapport qualité prix pour nous donc à refaire

Le réceptionniste ne nous répondait plus au téléphone pour acter une arrivée postérieure à 19h (heure de la fermeture du guichet). Il nous a dit de le réer avec un numéro de carte bleu pour une empreinte bancaire. J’étais au volant et il était 17h. Le temps de me garer pour lui communiquer le numéro, il ne nous a plus répondu malgré de nombreux appels. Il a laissé l’heure défiler jusqu’à 19h et il a fermé dans le plus grand des calmes. Nous étions sur un trajet de plus de 7h. Lorsqu’avec mes deux enfants nous sommes arrivés aux alentours de 20:30, personne et aucun numéro sur la porte. Hôtel.com nous a relogé il faisait un froid glacial en cette dernière semaine de décembre. Nous avons dû rouler deux heures supplémentaires pour rejoindre le nouvel hôtel. Nous sommes arrivés dans ce nouveau lieu à minuit
