"We loved everything about this property. From thee moment we arrived, we were greeted and made to feel welcomed. Due to a schedule changed in travel plans, we had to book a single first night and then booked 4 additional nights. So, that meant a room change. Typically, this would mean a checkout, 3-4 hour wait for our room to be ready. Not at the Mooons, the change in rooms took no more than 15 minutes. Now, the rooms - amazing! The circular window looking toward the center of Vienna so beautiful day or night. Very Clean room and the amenities such as waters, coffee/tea set up, safe, plenty of closet space. Location - across from one of their major train stations (which we used with no effort) and their metro to central city area. Our only regret was choosing not to have the room cleaned daily. We would opt for that at our next stay."
