"Abhorrent staff. I booked a stay for June which I immediately noticed was booked incorrectly for May instead. I was on the phone with them within 10 minutes of the booking to cancel/change my stay and the staff was extremely rude and would not refund me ANY of my money. On top of that the staff was incredibly unfriendly. I would avoid this place like the plague, they will try and swindle you."

"Hotel was clean and the hotel staff very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was limited in variety but overall good. Was disappointed that the room was quite warm as the A/C wasn't switched on and needed to be done centrally. Also the hot water in the room was rather limited. There was a bottle of water provided but not replaced"

"Great stay in a very nice hotel. The staff were very welcoming and helpful so would definitely stay here again. The lake is around 25 mins so easy to walk to and from the help to help walk off any fondue consumed. The number 5 bus stop is around 15 mins away and it's easy to get to the hotel from there."
