As a hotelier myself i have to say sweet very friendly staff, great food but logistic training is missing, efficiency as there is far to much staff in the restaurant in low season but again if it fits the company in turnover no need to let them go and keep structure alive as long they are aware that they have then a great boss then. "I love this hotel. The rooms are nice although they are currently renovating some, the food is good and grounds are beautiful filled with fruiting trees, unlike the US. Any challenges you might encounter will be addressed as swiftly as possible. I've already booked for my vakay next year. "

"Sugarapple Inn is a hidden little gem. The only downsides are that there is no bar or restaurant so you have to self cater or go into town which is easy enough."
