Over all the property is not well kept for a Marriott property. Staff was very rude and unhelpful.

I liked the entire property. The hotel itself was nice and updated. The only complaint was that room 428 is a non smoking room that obviously had been smoked in. It smelled horrible and im glad we were only there for one night. We checked in late enough where we took showers, went to bed, and was out first thing in the morn.

Great Stay
Only 30 minutes from downtown New Orleans.Both Bria on the front desk and the hotel manager were great to deal with. Only minor issue is no herbal teas available. Would stay there again.

Everything was great except the check-in. I had just been driving for 15 hours and was very ready to be settled in. Unfortunately, the gal at the front desk was more interested in counting her cash drawer before she even acknowledged my existence. Other than that, everything was great.

It does not offer a good cost-benefit ratio. The pool area is very poorly equipped, without a bathroom, shower, towels, etc. Excessive mosquito infestation outside the hotel and very far from the down town of New Orleans.

Has it all
This is the best affordable hotel i have ever stayed in. Other hotel managers should go and work for these people for 30 days as part of their training and learn how to do it right. My husband and i stay here once a month when my husband goes to work off-shore. There are plenty of other hotels we have stayed in but since finding this one...we will continue to book our rooms here. The hotel that has it all at an affordable price.

This hotel will go in my book for return trips...the best hotel i have been in ever for this price! Better than some i have paid twice as much for. Very pleased!!

Excellent stay
We enjoyed our location of the hotel to the attractions we went to. The area the hotel was located was PERFECT! Breakfast selection was one of the best experiences at a hotel I’ve had staff during breakfast was super sweet.

Husband and I stayed here the night before our cruise out of New Orleans. It was Clean, Comfortable Bed with restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean property. Only issue was location in relation to where everything else is. At least a 20-30 minute drive to anything we were going to do.

The hotel and rooms were clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. The shower especially was big and sparkled, Well appointed kitchenette. The bathroom had only two bath towels (there were three of us), but they gave us another without any problem. We had asked for the two rooms to be side-by-side, but they were as far from each other as possible (on the same floor). Although we checked in early (4 pm), the desk clerk refused to honor our request to be closer.

I liked that this property was clean and modern. The beds were comfortable and plush. The shower was great with eucalyptus and lavender body wash. Only downside to my stay was there was 3 of us staying in the room and there was 2 sets of towels!! Two of us showered... My oldest son had to wait till morning to shower. We had to find a housekeeping staff member who could give us a set of towels for him to shower.

Wonderful Service and Breakfast
Everything was super - we were so thankful to have working laundry near to our room. Complimentary breakfast was great and service exceptional.

Comfortable and clean
My only complaint was breakfast was pitiful. I got down there about 8 am and there was nothing really left. So I didn’t eat, could have used someone paying attention to it.
