We stayed in Plataran resorts in Borabadur and Labuan Bajo. The rooms and facilities are outstanding. The food and service are good. This is an excellent jumping off point to go to Komodo island marine park. The only thing to keep in mind is that you can't walk into the water off the beach because of crabs.

Heaven on Earth - a hidden jewel - 10 out of 10
It was of the best places in the world I have stayed in my life - definetly under the TOP 10. Resort and staff is authentic - natural and real Indonesian - the personal butler NICO made a fantastic job - the both restaurants serve great food and the staff is very caring for all the wishes and needs ! Pool is top clean and SPA is great - a 90 min massage is a must be out on the open air patio at the beach - 10 ou of 10

Quiet and relaxing. Really nice villas. Probably the nicest place in Komodo. Staff should probably pay a little more attention to picking up trash along the beach. Also, one of the 2 paddle boards was broken

While the staff was lovely, we had a bed bug issue. Over night, we got bitten all over our bodies. I'm still suffering from the bug bites and they have left scars all over my body.

Staff could not do enough for you. The villa was clean, excellent location. Located in a secluded area - 10 minutes away from town area. Staff were magnificent, helpful and cheerful. Food at the bistro and restaurant were good.

Ideal location for a visit to Komodo Island
We had a great stay at Plataran while visiting Komodo Island. Staff was very helpful in arranging activities and helping out if anything. In many respects this was as close to paradise as you get. Should i point out two small improvement areas it would be the food meny which is not to exciting (in particular for a resort where the nearest outside restaurant is quite far away) and that the staff could have been slightly more proactive when it came to taking orders by the pool area and the beach. That aside we had a phenomenal time.

The villas were so spacious and the resort was lovely and quiet. A beautiful house reef a short swim from the beach perfect for snorkelling. A gym overlooking the beach - best gym location ever. A very peaceful way to spend a few days.

Great experience. Very responsive staff that met us at the airport and drove us to the villa. they set up a WhatsApp chat with the staff and answered all of our questions quickly. Even helped to translate with one of our guides on a day trip. Breakfast is included and fresh every day. Great experience and staff.

Wonderful, somewhat secluded hotel, great service
Our stay at the Plataran was wonderful. It was hard to get a true sense of the place beforehand, but we were pleasantly surprised once we arrived. The location is a bit isolated, so I personally would plan on spending most of your time at the hotel. The main town of Labuan Bajo is kind of ratty so you aren't missing much. The hotel is located on a quiet and calm bay just north of the main town and it's beautiful. Most rooms seem to spill right onto the beach. It's not a huge place, but offered more than we expected for its size. Food at the restaurant was quite good actually, and they have a 2nd restaurant that we didn't try. The staff and service were extremely attentive and helpful. We booked a private boat tour to Komodo etc. ourselves and they have a nice jetty set up just off the hotel where the boat picked us up. Very convenient! If we ever come back this way, will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely amazing property. Great spa services, breakfast, and amenities. Truly a place to get pampered.

Great hotel
Stayed in the 2 bedroom villa, everything from the service to the food to activities was great. I would stay at Plataran Komodo again when i come back to Labuan Bajo

Highly recommended hotel
Excellent hotel. Management was very accommodating when we had an issue with the booking. Very instagrammable as well :-)

The property is unique and beautiful, villas reflect Indonesian architecture and charm. The team at Plataran was extremely helpful and hospitable, overall experience was well above my expectations. They really make you feel at home.

喧噪のバリから１時間ほどのフライトでのんびりリゾート
1歳の息子と家族３人で５泊しました。アットホームな雰囲気で、のんびりできました。従業員の皆様も親切で、子どもの面倒をよく見てくれて親は助かりました。
