"Was an amazing stay everyone was so friendly and greeted us every day when we walked out and in each time. It was our anniversary and every time they clean the room they wrote happy anniversary and did some sort of cute little message each time. When we were leaving, we did have trouble getting a grab to the address we needed to go to and they were more than happy to help us book through another app and got us there safe. The breakfast in the mornings was amazing and very accommodating to allergies. "

"Rooms are very spacious and modern, comfy beds, though not a lot of privacy in the shower/bath area if you're on the first floor as it looks down onto the pool area. Pool is nice looking out onto a small rice field area, but there's a requirement to book sun loungers as they're also sold externally. This meant on our first day where we were hoping to chill by the pool after travelling, there were no loungers available. If this is going to be the policy they should find a way to prioritise hotel guests and maybe message before arrival to give a chance to book, as we noticed quite a few people in similar situations. Staff were friendly but there was a bit of miscommunication at times so some issues were maybe not handled the best. "

"The room was clean and spacious and the air condition worked very well. The staff was always so nice and welcoming. Breakfast was nice- you get to pick 3 things off the breakfast menu ( including your juice- that was a bit confusing at first) Gara (sorry if spelling is wrong) he was always so friendly during breakfast as well as the whole staff. They even brought out a sweet bday plate for me and the whole staff sang happy bday. Thank youuuu Location is great, close yet far from chaos. Lots walking distance. I’d definitely stay here again. "Our stay at Nirjhara was amazing! We booked the jungle pool pavilion room and it was quite literally perfection. From the time we checked in until the day we left, we were greeted by name, with professionalism, kindness and with genuine warm smiles. The staff really raised the bar at this hotel. Aris, Doni, Tia, Duta, Hardi, Yohan and several others truly made a difference and elevated our whole experience. We will be dreaming about the exceptional food, luxurious spa, inviting pool and stunning waterfall for many years to come! We hope to come back. "
