Hôtel Universel

8/10 Good

"La climatisation est très vieille et très bruyante et elle sent l'humidité au démarrage, alors on ne sait pas ce que l'on respire avec cela. On ne l'a pas utilisé. Également, le ventilateur de salle de bain ne fonctionne pas, alors il arrive que ca ne sent pas bon dans la pièce. A part cela, nous avons passé un très bon moment et c'est agréable que le resto Paccini soit intégré à l'hôtel, pas besoin de sortie pour aller souper, surtout qu'il pleut souvent de ce temps ci. Mais au prix demandé pour 3 jours, l'hôtel devrait améliorer la climatisation."

"Really enjoyed my stay in Sagueney. The hotel was very comfortable with clean, modern rooms and plush bedding. My 4-year old had fun in the pool and while my husband and I did not get to spend much time in the spa, it was very nice. The breakfast was excellent. My only minor issue was the location, while it was conveniently located on the main road, it meant we were looking out on a Winners sign and you could see a Starbucks drive through and loading dock from the spa. This distracted slightly from the calm atmosphere but minor and out of the hotels control. I look forward to trying the Sherbrooke location this fall."

"L’hôtel est très bien, la piscine est magnifique et les chambres sont grandes. Le bain douche est un peu étroit et je ne suis pas particulièrement baraqué…Je ne suis pas fan de l’accueil avec une tablette plutôt que du personnel, car on esr arrivé à St-Félicien à 13:30, si on avait pu avoir nos clés à ce moment, on aurait évité la chue à 16:00 quand tout le monde arrive. Une personne vivante aurait pu valider si une chambre était prête. Le déjeuner est cher mais varié."
