"beautiful view and amazing staff. great spot that feels like it’s on the outside of the town and quiet but is still close enough to join in on the nightlife with a short walk. air conditioning makes a big difference and is amazing, as is the hot showers. lovely fresh food and drinks at the sky deck for breakfast, lunch and dinner, do not need to go anywhere else if you need to eat. the beautiful sea is accessible for swims, snorkels and kayak sessions and has impeccable clear water. "Absolute Nightmare – Left After One Night, No Refund This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The room was unbearably noisy with zero soundproofing, and it was full of mosquitoes—I woke up covered in bites. The staff were rude and unhelpful, and the breakfast was cold, stale, and barely edible. We had booked 4 nights but checked out after just 1 because we couldn’t take it anymore—and they refused to give any refund. Summary: Noisy rooms, mosquito infestation, rude staff, terrible food, and no refund policy. Avoid at all costs."
