"Accueil fermé lors de notre arrivée à 17 h, nous avons dû téléphoner au propriétaire qui est arrivé 10 minutes après. Il serait n écessaire de signaler le besoin de contact par téléphone dans le descriptif de l'hôtel, pour plus de commodité.
Par ailleurs, la chambre n'était pas faite à notre arrivée, c'est inadmissible pour un hôtel de neuf chambres. Merci de signaler ces points à l'hôtelier, j'ai préféré ne pas le faire en direct pour rester correct."
