"This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed there and I will be back in few weeks for 1 night before I leave to fly home from Lisbon. Staff fantastic!! Rooms big and beds comfy. Bathroom beautiful and updated. Last year I took a quick trip to Porto and they kept my big bag since I was coming back 3 days later—so accommodating, easy to get around via Uber-they are pretty close to everywhere I wanted to go.
Caution: restaurant is very average from food perspective and horrible from customer service standpoint. I ordered from Uber Eats one night and asked them for a fork-I promised to bring it back and they were rude and refused. I went to front desk of hotel and they had sets of wooden utensils/napkins. I asked them why the people there were mean and was told they are reviewing options as the restaurant rents the space so it is not controlled by the hotel. Otherwise, highly recommend!"
