"The room was lovely. The hotel is beautiful. We had a room in the actual building not in one of the outbuilding/cabins unfortunately because we were there just at the opening of season. The restaurant and bar were not up yet. Travel to other restaurants is good 10 to 15 minutes or longer. The pool was not open yet of course but during season, I’m sure it’s lovely and the staff was kind and very attentive."

"Joey was the maintenance man when we stayed and he was extremely friendly and eager to provide anything we wanted. Our room was small (not for families) but the two of us really liked it. The furnishing, decoration, and other items were top notch. This is a great place for a group of folks to get together and have a great time."

"Great downtown Honesdale, PA location. At check in I was told to park in the Wayne Memorial Hospital lot which is shared with the Hotel. Check in was pleasant/easy. Stairs to 2nd floor room. At end of day rush hour a bit noisy from the busy street/intersection. Room could use a thorough cleaning and some updates. Older mattress well past its' useful life. Sink water had mislabelled Hot/Cold faucets. Water had an odor? A/C worked OK but curtain blocked the flow if closed. Shower head and knob needs immediate replacing. Toilet tended to have a stuck flapper valve and water would continue running. Some locals outside the Hotel's Restaurant were loud and smoking. Close to Main Street for several dining choices. Believe I'll try another spot next visit to Honesdale, PA. Person at checkout Desk in the morning seemed new and untrained."

"Such a wonderful stay! My husband and I were in town for a concert at Bethel Center for the Arts (about a 10-15 minute drive) and this was the perfect choice for accommodations. The inn is a quaint farmhouse with a converted barn and duplex suites each decorated with memorabilia from different musical stars. We stayed in The Supremes Duplex which was very nice. The room was very clean with a pretty view of the pond on the property. The grounds are beautiful. The beds are very comfortable and the pillows were the best. I even asked the innkeeper where she got them. The innkeeper, Delaney, was so nice and really made us feel welcome. She gave us recommendations of places to eat before the concert which was super helpful. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful with fresh berries, yogurt and bagels along with a freshly made hot breakfast with farm fresh eggs, bacon and homemade waffles! Highly recommend this property for a relaxing stay in the countryside. We will definitely be back!!"

"Our room was not heated, and it was a cold, rainy day. No one knew how to turn the heat on, but eventually the Lodge's caretaker called and was able to explain how to turn on the radiator. Later, the power went out (not their fault! It went out throughout the town!), so we lost heat again. That said, staff were friendly and really went above and beyond to ensure our safety and comfort. They truly went the extra mile. We were able to get our food at the restaurant before the power went out - it was all fresh, hot, and delicious! Breakfast the next day was basic buffet style, but, again, fresh, hot, and delicious. Overall, we would be willing to stay there again."
