레이크 디스트릭트 주립공원, 잉글랜드의 로맨틱 호텔

“부부가 운영하는 작은 호텔이다 . 호텔은 깨끗하고 분위기가 있으며 주변 지역도 조용했다. 호텔에서 Orrest Head까지 도보로 30분 정도 소요되어 산책을 즐길 수 있다. 저녁 식사와 아침 부페는 대단히 훌륭하고, 특히 디너는 이번 영국 여행 중 최고로 훌륭하고 맛있는 식사였다.”

“다시오고 싶은 조용한 휴양지 같은 호텔입니다. 윈드미어역에서 내려 짐이 많아 택시를 탔는데 오분거리로 8.5파운드 였던것 같아요. 푸짐하고 영국식 서빙을 해주는 조식과 아름다운 호수풍경이 기억에 남네요. 보네스 시내와도 가깝고 택시타도 버스요금 정도예요.”

“Super friendly and quick check in. Prompt room change when the room key wasn't working. Excellent spa facilities - notably the thermal pool. Good range of breakfast options (the pancakes from the kitchen order options were fab). Good quality food for evening meal in the dining room. The location speaks for itself - fantastic. ”

“Free parking and views of lake from the dining room were very good. Half board - the dinner was good but overpriced so the 10% service charge worked out extortionate. NOT GOOD We were put in a small loft room with a difficult door to open and a tight stair access- the room and whole property needs a lick of paint and could be cleaner. Location too far from bowness - walking into town is 20minutes but on both roads which had no pavement so very dangerous. Wouldn’t stay here again .”

“On arriving at the hotel we were asked to pay £10 a day parking fees, yet there was no mention of this when we booked. The hotel was very nice with well maintained gardens & our bedroom was very comfortable. The bedroom was on the ground floor so easily accessible but the only fault we had was that it had sliding doors so we had fresh air during the day but there was no small window to open at night time. “It is a beautiful hotel and all the staff was fantastic!! The room was amazing! Fiona at the front desk went out of her way to welcome us. A perfect person to start our hotel stay. Very informative and welcoming! Our dinner and breakfast host Manjo (I probably have spelled his name wrong) was GREAT! My wife has a dairy intolerance and he made sure at night everything was dairy free and he remembered the next morning. All the staff who waited on us we very pleasant, smiling and friendly. You...

“I was so happy to have sent our honeymoon from a fantastic hotel. The honeymoon room we stayed in was comfortable and the tub could bubble shower. Everything was perfect. All the staff were friendly and breakfast was very good. The evening in the restaurant next to the hotel was excellent and the staff was friendly. I will definitely go back to the first year of marriage next year. I hope you do not forget us.xx”
