Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Had the romance package which was amazing and well thought out. The hot tub was very large which was very roomy for 2 people. Many downtown restaurants and bars were within very short walking distance and did not need to drive at all. Heated pool and hot tub was nice and clean. Plenty of chocolates around was a great touch. Had a great time and would definitely go back again.

So so good!!!

Love everything about this place. I do wish there was a fireplace but if all the things, it is not a dealbreaker at all. Great staff and wonderful accommodations. Will plan to stay here again soon!

I highly recommend this excellent hotel, with a very comfortable, second floor suite that included a full kitchen, dining area, large bathroom with large jacuzzi shower. Sleeping area very comfortable as well, as the living room. Suite also had a porch balcony. Parking lower level of hotel. Hotel located in walking distance of the beach, shopping and excellent restaurants. Definitely 5 stars and we will be back.

This was one of the best experiences I've ever had staying at a hotel. My husband and I stayed here for our one year wedding anniversary, and it did not disappoint! The room and bathroom were very spacious and cozy. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, and I slept so well which is sometimes not the case on vacation. The continental breakfast was phenomenal!! We were both so impressed with the variety of options and quality/taste of the food. The location of the hotel is perfect - it's very close to the downtown area. Five minute walk to a coffee shop, tons of restaurants and shops, etc. The staff was also very friendly - the woman who checked us in was very sweet. Overall, I can't rave about this hotel enough. I was so happy with my stay here and would absolutely return in the future!

Second time here and will be back for sure. Hands up best place for a couple to stand in Downtown Lake Geneva. Excellent staff. Amazing rooms. Awesome breakfast!
