Clean, comfy bed, smelled like cinnamon when we first walked in. All the bad reviews you see about this place are Karen’s who should have picked a more expensive hotel. Yes it is outdated, but it’s literally 60$. The only problem we had was the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. Great place to stay if your not picky and you just want a clean room to sleep in.

I was there for the weekend , they cleaned our garbages on Saturday but didn't clean the coffee maker . They have a smoke alarm above the door , it had a flashing light in it that constantly woke me up during the night ! Very annoying !

The property is well located close to Lake George. It’s an older property, however appears to be well kept. What stood out for me was the customer service. Ali was excellent and a pleasure to deal with.

Decent stopover spot.
Larger room with king bed was nice. Everything worked and bed was relatively comfortable and clean. Quite location and price was reasonable

older rooms in need of an upgrade.
Unfortunately we were in the older part of the motel. The rooms are in need of a an upgrade espically the bathroom. It was clean though. but next day all she did was make the bed I had to ask for clean towels and coffee to be replaced . did not clean bathroom. Also Had a disrepiceny on price already paid.

This was a perfect quick overnight stop for me to get to my next event in the morning, there were noisy neighbors next door but that is not the motels fault

Stayed here for one night as my family was staying at a resort in Bolton Landing about 9 mins away. Greeted very nicey and my room was upgraded from a queen to a king without charge. Fridge in room, located right by the village. Very good prices.

Our room needs major renovation, specially the bathroom with its very noisy fan turned on everytime we turn on the light, and the bathtub that has dark stains on the bottom. It did not feel comfortable to walk barefoot on the carpet even though it seemed clean. The outside landscape is very beautiful and neatly done. The staff was very kind and welcoming.

The Fran Cove is very pleasant and located away from the bustle of downtown. It's a pleasant walk into town but if you're out of shgape, keep in mind it's all uphill once you head back! My streamside room was clean and comfy and the only (minor) complaint is the postage stamp-sized TV.

I showed up but the place was a joke, dirty and the people from the office standing around waiting for people to show up, very creepy, owner starea at you andy you feel very uncomfortable. I seen enough. We left.

You just lied to us . told us you’re going to the campground staying with your friend and you want me to charge you a cancellation fee on the other end you call the credit card company to cancel the your credit card.

kept up well for an older property. Very friendly staff. rooms do not have microwaves in them but very happy with the service. Would definitely stay again.

Very uncomfortable beds
Overpriced outdated motel. Mattress and pillows are extremely uncomfortable and overdue for replacement. We could hear every step of our upstairs neighbors. Overall very bad value for money. Location was ok.
