"Im from out of town visiting family. Rooms were not properly cleaned, floors sticky and dirty. Rooms smelled like Mary Jane. Rooms need repairs done. Property poorly maintained."

"I was booked in the wrong room from what my reservation was and had to call to have them fix it. The stains were atrocious. Poop stain right on the floor - very obvious. Giant yellow stains on both the couch and sleeper bed. Rugs probably haven't been cleaned in over a decade. There was no room cleaning during our stay whatsoever. I was not happy. And then we had the room below us banging on our floor nonstop because he disliked our toddler's footsteps. It was only 8pm. Front desk was understanding and apologetic, but it definitely was not the experience I'd hoped for. Definitely felt like showering when I left and would never walk in that room barefoot!"
