"Clean and up-scale design. Our room was small but nice. Although someone from our group had a different room type which apparently was not renovated. 5 minute shuttle (paid) from the airport, which is also useful to grab the malpensa express into the center of the city. Good breakfast, friendly staff."

"We spent 3 nights in a really large nice apartment suite with a balcony. We were next to the pool but it was quiet with a nice view of the lake and Monte Bre. The hotel overall is a bit tired and in need of fresh paint, but the grounds were very clean. We loved the pool for a cool break from the heat and crowds of Lugano. Its a trek to find restaurants, even with the bus stop. We found good dinners 12-15 minutes uphill or downhill and skipped dinner the last night. The staff were very friendly and attentive."
