“Over all stay was great, however there were some glitches due to a software update a few days prior to our stay that complicated check in for the staff and issues of key cards being deactivatived. The only contolable issue was some minor housekeeping duties that were not fully completed prior to check in. Staff were very helpful and polite through the uncontrollable circumstances.”

“I thought the hotel was very clean and updated. My room was beautiful over looking the city and river.”

“We checked in late (1130p) and had to be let in by the staff. The concierge was extremely friendly and made check in simple and pleasant (especially since we had a long night of travel). She definitely made an impression! Room was clean, and quiet aside from our neighbors. The breakfast was decent, amenities were nice, location was great for our needs. Staff was friendly as we were leaving as well! Definitely recommend, especially for the fair price!”

“This hotel has an excellent location. 5 minutes to the zoo, right next to some shopping and only a 10 minute drive to walmart. The pool was quite large making it easy to spread out from guests with different intentions for pool use. This place is very oddly built. It has either had poorly designed remodels or was an odd design from the beginning. Each room has an individual a/c unit but most of them exhaust to the hallway or the pool courtyard(indoors). “The room and staff were amazing. The area and people hanging out in the parking lot was a bit sketchy. Close to gas stations and restaurants.”
