Pass key to the room we were originally assigned to did not work which required back and forth to the front desk and wasted time. There was no coffee in the room. Multiple things were broken. I escalated the issues with no response or help from anyone.
Good place to stay in the offseason, only complaint is the air in the room was really dry and hot, and there didn't seem to be a way to adjust the thermostat
The suite we were offered was very well appointed and comfortable. It contained all the facilities and amenities we required. The property had a nice view over the ski slopes and ski in ski out convenience. The communal spa was a welcome bonus. We highly recommend this property.

Broken Spa, outdated room, no coffee mugs, no water. rather dissapointeing for the price we paid. That siad I do understand the supply and demand of kirkwood lodging.
We now understand why we found such a bargain at Kirkwood. We came during the off season! It was quite a shock to see this place without snow. The grounds could use a bit of a uplift for those who choose to come before snow.

Trails & Lakes
Great trails with access to visit surrounding lakes. Fire damage in some areas, but overall, a good oportunity to get out into nature.
The bedding had some very questionable stains on it (see photos), there was no ice in the ice machine and no hot water. When we told an employee there was no hot water, he said, yes we know. Terrible customer service and terrible stay. We were there for a wedding and it definitely was not a good experience.
We were there for a mountain bike race. Met all our needs and expectations. Summer rates were reasonable.

Excellent location overlooking chair 11. Stayed here for MTB event. No kitchen ice trays, outside balcony railing needs repair, bathroom shower needs minor mold scrubbing. Enjoyed there full kitchen, convenient underground parking, and general ambiance of the building. Bathroom good size. Hot tub needs cleaning but did work.

Summer in Kirkwood
The front desk staff was great! We wanted a balcony room, and they provided 2 options. The first room (213) had no screen on the door and the window wouldn't stay up. The second room (220) was better and had a view of the plaza which we enjoyed. The issues we had in this room: water to the kitchen sink was not on and the coffee machine didn't drip into the pot. Coffee ended up all over the counter. Aside from this, the bathroom was clean and nice. The murphy bed was comfortable.

Granted, it’s “off season” however:
• There are virtually no facilities available on the area (restaurants, stores, bike/fishing rental etc etc.
• the room was great for a college kid coming up to ski for the weekend with his buddies. The room was small, dark and old. The sink was plugged, the coffee machine had a broken carafe and the Murphy bed had a horrible mattress. The concierge promptly addressed the sink and carafe issues.
• it’s expensive for this class of accommodation.
• the hikes were great and the views are wonderful.
We had planned to stay there the night. Unfortunately my wife got altitude sickness. The music from the wedding was making her feel worse. I asked the front desk if we could get a different room. I was told none was available. We packed up our bags and left at 8 pm.
We would also like to highlight the excellent service and attention received at Kirkwood Mountain Resort, which made this experience even more memorable.

The studio looked nothing like the pictures and they gave me the wrong door code. A person inside ended up opening the door for me because the door between the 2 units were open so they thought they had the whole place. Ended up being friends so that was nice. The elevator is gross and smells and there’s a sign that says watch out for contaminants in the elevator… what? This is for meadows by the way.

Great location if you want to ski. Very remedial in terms of staffing and amenities but the location is beyond convenient. Overall it was great, there’s just no housekeeping.
The place had dirty dishes and clear smell of a mildewy carpet. The location is fantastic as it’s right on the mountain

Property was totally miss represented by photos, we were in a lock out unit and could totally here the neighbors. Neighbors also left full poop bags in the hallway. We had very little walking space and kitchenette was just a mini fridge with microwave and coffee maker stacked on top. Humidifier didn’t work, window was broke and very little outlets to plug anything in. Love the mountain but little angry that our place was not told as it was and we paid so much.
