Love the suite I stayed in very roomy and comfortable. I didn't care for the dogs all around the property even in the eating area every where I turned there was a dog. I don't like dogs and do not care to be around them.

We enjoyed our stay, the room was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen could use a few fixes (loose faucet, new coffeemaker). Coffee could be improved; it was usually hot but lacks flavor and we battled with the cereal and milk dispensers. However, it was comfortable for our extended stay.

There is construction around the property and, depending on where you're coming from, a very long detour that confronts you when you're a couple of hundred yards from the hotel. Rooms are very dark, which is great for sleeping; providing optional night lights would be helpful, especially for those occupying the center room in a 2-bedroom suite who get up during the night. Very good breakfasts and social hours, and the staff is friendly.

Front desk attendant not overly friendly and somewhat unprofessional. Seem to have a need to sing loudly! Found a bug in a drawer and trash can under sink was not emptied. Location was quiet but not much around.

Main drawback was no staff available to clean rooms or even freshen up. After 5 days stay garbage was piled up with no place to dispose of it. The staff and the free use of washers was great.

Great staff, wonderful hotel! Will stay again!

The service was incredible. The front desk and cleaning people went above and beyond to ensure my party had everything they needed in both of my rooms. The rooms were comfortable and in areas of the hotel that met both of my family members needs. One room needed to be handicap accessible and guest services made sure to supply us with the necessary furniture to make sure my party was comfortable utilizing the shower facilities. Thankful for everything!

Switches to turn on lights were complicated, had to use three different switches to turn on one light. No housekeeping done during 6 night stay. Had to ask for clean towels, trash bags and toilet paper. Message light on phone stayed on all the time, front desk could not turn it off. Noisy upstairs tenants till 2am. Worst hotel stay ever. Won’t be back.

The staff seemed unprepared to serve breakfast, they keep running out of stuff. Bathroom tile was dirty, especially the shower. Place looks dated and worn out. In need of serious upgrade. Once again staff was not trained properly and they were also not supplied with what they need to properly serve customers needs.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Even though it is right by the airport, it was very quiet and clean. Breakfast was very good. Homemade biscuits and gravy, waffles, sausage and mini omelets. Really the best breakfast in a hotel for a long time. Very clean. A little away from the beaten path but enjoyed it
