"The hotel had zip ties and roof damage in the hallways. There were loose tiles in the bathroom and the shower handle fell off as we were turning on the shower. Also the curtains were missing patches of the back liner and light would come through those spots. The pool party and service was great. I would not book there again"

"I loved al of the amenities. The water park & pools were werth every dime. The only negatives were the $37 a day to park & $300 deposit that expedia didn't mention to me prior to my arrival. The deposit has to be on a bank card , prepaid or other cards won't be accepted. I still love the place and my family will be coming back next year"

"Service was great! Ice machine was broken as well as the first floor bathrooms, but the laundry room was great as well as the pool. Room was a little small for 6 people. There were 2 times where someone knocked on our room door and ran, but overall was a great stay!"
