The room was clean. The staff was nice but due to the codes and this being in the historic area, there is no elevator. If you are younger and travel light, this is no issue. I am older and pulled my heavy suitcase up the stairs. They really need to have a helpful bell man in these cases.

Pros: It was convenient to most areas in/near the French Quarter. You could access the property and your room from your phone, no keys. The staff were nice. It has a lounge/bar.
Cons: Dated. There was no microwave and a VERY small fridge, which sat on the floor. The pool, and surrounding area, definitely needed a cleaning. From my window the pool water looked dark.
