"Check-in was frustrating as I had called to get my husband's name added to our reservation, and despite being told this was done, they gave him a hard time at check-in because they did not have him listed correctly (somehow they added his name as my middle name instead). Aside from that, the hotel was very nice, clean and updated. Would have been nice if the breakfast was available earlier as we had to leave by 6:30, but it was not."

"To start. Don’t book this place!!! I can’t stress that enough. Probably the worst stay I have had in the past few years. 1. They advertise a pool and hottub. The hottub is boarded over and unusable. So flat advertising there. The pool is dirty with stuff floating in it and freezing cold. The overall pool area and bathroom are dirty and would think twice before walking barefoot. 2. Rooms are dirty and falling apart. I typically look over minor things like this but there was just so much I couldn’t ignore. Carpet is ripped in places, missing knobs in jacuzzi tub, marks on walls and curtains, hairs and water damage. Personally I’d be real mad if I paid for a jacuzzi tub room and the jets didn’t work. I got “upgraded” to this room. 3. They allow people to smoke, drink and party until late hours 10pm+ in their parking lot. They were jamming to music right outside our room and were there when we checked in at 3pm to when we tried to go to bed around 10pm. Very unprofessional and noisy. 4. Skip the breakfast, not worth it. Save your money for a nicer place. Not all cheap hotels are bad, but this one is very bad."

"Staff were friendly and willing to help, but the room I stayed in had some odd stains that definitely soured my stay a bit. One looked like a bit of blood on the wall, and another stain in the bathroom looked like someone had just painted over someone’s booger on the wall near the toilet. Breakfast in the morning was great and the lobby was clean and well maintained. Pool and Ice Machines were unfortunately down and closed until further notice. Sound insulation isn’t the greatest since there was this Tan Cadillac Escalade blaring music at maximum volume at random points throughout our stay. We had earbuds to put in to block out the sound, and at least it didn’t happen at night. I’m being a little bit picky about that one as anyone has the freedom to do what they want, but for those seeking a quieter stay, this may throw you off."

"Breakfast was great! A pretty decent spread, although the same everyday I really can’t complain. The pool is huge, and hot tub too. Room seemed very clean minus carpet. Socks got dirty so maybe needed a shampooing. I wish the curtains closed all the way… I used a hair clip to help. Staff was all very kind. There were graduations and was a baseball tournament so a thousand kids running around and filled the pool, but they were respectful. I suspect that’s why I didn’t have a lot of hotel options when choosing a hotel. However after visiting, I think I’d come back if ever there again. Very close to everything, so the location was convenient. Quiet, too."
