โThe service was great and rooms were clean. They are a little dated and need minor renovations. Even with that said I would book here again. It was good for the price. โ
โAbsolutely worst hotel experience ever. I stayed there for four nights and the first night, I killed three cockroaches so I had my room changed. Even I changed the room, I killed cockroaches everyday. I would understand if I'm staying at third world country, but not when I'm paying over $100 a night.
I tried to take shower, but somehow the water is slippery and didn't feel like I was taking a shower.
For breakfast, you get oatmeal and some snack which is not acceptable as breakfast I think....
โCheck in was a horrible experience. It took 55 minutes to check in. 55 minutes to get a key. That's horrible service. Also checking out there was no customer service either, although I did not have to wait 55 minutes to check out.โ
