“When I arrived with my 15 year old son around 2am after a long day of driving there was nobody on the front desk. There was a sign to pick up a phone that autodialed. I picked it up and it rang for 2-3 minutes and then stopped ringing. I tried this repeatedly for the next 15 minutes, nobody picked up. We looked around and it was clear there was no staff in the hotel at all, which seems very unsafe considering the front door was unlocked.
I called the number for the hotel, no answer.

“Beds were comfortable and the rooms had been updated with tile floors. AC worked fine. Ceiling tile was damaged by water in the bathroom and the outside of the hotel needs to be updated. Took forever to check in even though I had paid online and the breakfast was dismal.”
