"I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. it has more of a "homey" atmosphere. everyone was very nice. the breakfast was awesome and well stocked. If you are staying in Lanesboro, don't bother looking at any other hotel. this is where you will want to be."

Very quiet and quaint town that has fun surprises. We attended a play at the Commonweal Theatre which was a nice hidden gem.

The cleanliness of all the small towns nearby was very pleasing. The bike trail was asphalt so it was easy to ride. The Root River was wild after all the rains. Loved the pie around that area.
