My room looked newly renovated. It was spotlessly clean, well designed, quiet and comfortable. The shower had good water pressure. Staff were friendly, and it had underground parking.

2 tägiger seminarbesuch Essen war okay, nichts besonders. Für Getränke war immer gesorgt. Leider war in allen Zimmern der Fernseher kaputt. Dafür waren die zimmer sehr hellhörig. Im Hotel gab es anscheindend nur einen Mittagstisch, aber eine Pizzaria war gegenüber.

Tag der Anreise kein warmes wasser, hatte das in der Rezeption beschwert Es wurde mir versichert das wenn ich am abend wieder in das hotel komme es gehen würde das warme wasser , war leider auch nicht so erst am nächsten Morgen kurz vor dem check out ging das warme wasser . Das Fernseh signal war auch für eine halbe stunde weg. Dank der netten dame die erst am nächsten morgen da war ist meine laune doch etwas besser geworden da sie uns ein Frühstück aufgrund diesen Problemen aufs haus gegeben hatten aber mein Aufenthalt war trotzdem nicht toll wir hatten uns auf ein schönen tag gefreut leider war es kein schöner Aufenthalt

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das muss an dieser Stelle gesagt werden. Mein Zimmer war sehr veraltet, aber sauber. Die Möbel und das Bett sind aus Anfang der 90er Jahre. Die Matratze ist einfacher Schaum und sehr weich. Das Kissen lässt zu Wünschen übrig. Das Bett ist wohl modernisiert, aber dicke Kalk-Ränder am Boden. Die Wände sind leider hellhörig. Das Schnarchen aus dem Nachbarzimmer und laute Musik in der Nacht waren furchtbar. In den Gängen und im Zimmer wird mit Raumdeospray gearbeitet. WLAN einwandfrei. Frühstück ok, Parken kostenlos. Der Rahmen meiner Zimmertür war geklebt in des Türgriffs/Schloss. Ich habe mich nicht wohlgefühlt, spontan gebucht.

Begrüßung an Fernsprecher zur Tiefgarage verlief wohl unter Zeitdruck… „Tiefgarage voll, Sorry“ aufgelegt. Erst auf Anfrage beim Einchecken einen nächstgelegenen Parkplatz genannt bekommen (der auch schon voll war) Habe mich dann für einen weiter gelegenen Parkplatz der nicht stark belegt war entschieden. Die Einrichtung im Zimmer ist schon leicht abgewohnt, zumal die Wand (in unserem Zimmer) direkt neben dem Bett einige Hinterlassenschaften unserer Vorgänger zu bieten hatte. Das Bad sah sauber und neu aus, wobei der Duschkopf stark verkalkt war. Die Toilette war zu tief und das Sitz aus sehr dünnem Material. Auch die Fenster würden eine Reinigung begrüßen. Alles in allem ein Konferenzhotel zu günstigem Preis. War ein Ausweich Quartier welches wir wohl nicht mehr nehmen werden.
