Room was spacious and comfortable. Clean, very friendly staff, very nice restaurants and swimming pool. Hotel has convenient location nearby Langkawi airport close to markets, restaurants and beaches. Food in the hotel is excellent, buffet breakfast and buffet dinners. Christmas and New Year's parties were very nicely organized with excellent food. Altogether, we are very satisfied with hotel and can highly recommend it for visitors to Langkawi.

It was okay, not amazing but not too bad. A little tired looking and carpets in hallways to rooms didn’t smell great and could do with a refresh. Toilets at reception were broken and breakfast was ok but not much choice. Staff and concierge were very friendly. It just need a very big glow up from an interior point of view, also the sun loungers were dirty and the cushions need replacing.

A very wonderful stay! Room is very spacious and comfortable. Lovely food at the restaurants i.e. Excellent service, Cheerful and helpful staff all around. Resort is very close to the airport and so no rush and traffic is normally smooth in Langkawi! Overall, it's a wonderful stay!

It's very convenient from the airport to the hotel, saving a lot of travel time. Room is clean and huge.Great facilities and service. The poolside snacks and bar are great, and the staff is friendly. I hope they can offer more tour packages next time.

Great hotel great location and great staff. Excellent pool and bar a very big plus, especially on New Year's Eve, while we enjoyed fireworks without having to leave the hotel. Also the happy hours drinks provided a great opportunity to meet some of other guests and share stories of our experiences in Langkawi boat trips. lounge live music is the extra mile why we will come again.
