The check-in process was smooth and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The building seems relatively new and the beds are comfortable.

We stayed in the executive King room in hopes to have more space and a quiter stay. The room they had put us in was not the best location for what we were looking for. The room is located on a super busy corner, where the hotel meets whitespot. You can constantly here the heavy fire door opening and slamming shut every few minutes late into the night. The room was located ground level and when blinds were open absolutely no privacy from the restaurant or hotel patrons. The room we got stuck in should be their cheapest room in my eyes versus one of the most expensive. Very unpleased from our stay, would not recommend unless booking one of their standard rooms and having no standards at all for a room. On top of it all they offer a free breakfast in the morning depending on which room you stay in. You had three hot options all of which were cooked in a bag, the fruit was bruised and low quality, and you may as well go spend the 20$ for breakfast at Whitespot then hoping for this to fill you up. Appreciated the staff doing their best, just not what i expected from a Bes Western

Stayed here for 3 nights. Location is convenient, and there is White Spot attached which was great. Beds are comfy and the room we stayed in had new flooring, no carpet. The room could have been cleaner, something was spilt under the night table and was sticky, walls need a good cleaning. We love that the hotel is pet friendly however, our room was the last on the 1st floor closest to the road, (264 st is very busy and it was loud) so it made for some interrupted sleep. All in all the stay was ok, if we had a room away from the road it would have been much better.
