I stay at this hotel very often. Yes, perhaps it isn't perfect, but the value for money is more than good. It is clean, cozy, and safe. It is one of the best in its price range in Laredo. Every room has a fridge, you can always ask for an extra towel, and there is a large store nearby (a 7–8 minute walk) as well as a couple of places to eat (a 3–4 minute walk).

I stayed for business trip I would rate 5 stars but for the property is dated—older stain carpet but other than being older the place was clean and the staff was excellent I would definitely recommend and will stay again

It was a great stay actually still staying for the rest of my rotation stayed in non smoking hallway smelled like weed but room smell normal. You can only do so much if people don’t follow the rules obviously but stay was great here for work made bed every night staff is amazing here and very polite and understanding.

A good hotel. I’ve stayed at many hotels in Laredo, and this is the one I chose. It offers good value for money. Yes, you might find some minor inconveniences, but overall, it’s a clean, safe, and comfortable place. Also, within walking distance (handy if you’re having car trouble), there’s an H-E-B store and places to get a tasty, affordable meal—Danny's Restaurant and Golden Corral Buffet.

Our stay was amazing from start to finish. The room was extremely clean and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Everyone was very friendly, professional, and provided outstanding customer service throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to choose from, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which made the room even more comfortable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay here again.

DAYS INN has clean rooms, friendly staff. Nice place. Way better than the other hotels in the price range nearby. Stay away from Laredo Inn! Cockroach infested and smelly! Staff there is aweful too!

Room was mostly clean but very old and run down. Staff was helpful and kind and there was a free shuttle as long as you got it scheduled. The breakfast was free and there were a few different options but it was crowed and not the cleanest looking. Maybe earlier in the morning it would have been.

Room, though "smoking", was excellent with little scent of being a "smoking room". I am a non-smoker, but I booked last minute. All staff was friendly and courteous. Breakfast on the first day included burnt eggs(I was a bit confused and on serving thought they had added bacon) but it was burnt pieces of egg. The rest of the breakfast selection was great. The first morning, Feb 4th, kitchen staff was a bit "cold" second day, of the 5th, kitchen attendant was awesome, very upbeat and friendly greeting her kitchen guests with a chearful and verbal "good morning". All registration staff, including manager Anna were friendly courteous and ready to help. I loved my stay and will be back.

A very shabby property with really stain carpets. The bed was comfortable but there were broken building doors, broken ice makers and severely stained and stinky hallway carpets. Very depressing.

Its an old hotel , needing lots of maintenance - basically needs a remodel . Nothing uplifting or welcoming about the place . On the positive side : the beds wee comfy enough and and clean and l was able to have parcels sent to their address. Besides the location is great and the AC was working well
