Value for money

Nice location and house itself. Could use some other disainer than the hospital on, means 5000k lamps and white walls with stone floor. Already a 15 EUR floor lamp from Ikea with 3000K bulbs would make great difference.

Great place to stay. Excellent value for the price

Enjoyed my stay of 2 nights very much. The receptionist Michelle was really nice. She actually took me to two rooms and let me choose which one I wanted. Apparently I had booked an "inner room" which, being honest, looked a little claustrophobic. The room I chose and was given at no extra cost, was really clean and large, street facing with much more light and a small balcony. The location is great, just five minutes walk from the Santa Catalina bus station and there are lots of bars, restaurants and shopping streets close by, as is Las Canteras beach. Would definitely stay here again.....

Definitely more than 1 star

Great budget small hostal, near beach, near restaurants. Took public bus 5 stops to the historical centre, only 2.35 euro return ticket. Don't know why it's only 1*, I've stayed in similar accomodations in eg, Cuba, Dominican Rep, they were 3*. True, it doesn't have any windows, but has an open-air terrace on top. Rooms are spacious, huge bayhroom. We had a car, left it in nearby public parking (multi storey) for 2 days, 25 euros. No valet, of course parked it myself. Overall, great.

Nice place if you want to be right in the centre of the city. The room was very nice and exceeded our expectations. The only suggestion would be to make the parking situation a bit clearer. When we arrived, we were confused because there was no parking belonging to the hotel. We had to double-park to go inside and ask. They actually have an agreement with a local private parking, which is very convenient, close to the hotel, and offered at a great price. They should just make this clear before check-in. Apart from that, everything was great, and I would definitely stay there again!

Although it’s listed as one star, it has everything a traveler needs—modern private bathrooms, room fridge, elevator, roof top deck & microwave/griddle kitchenette. Limitations may be limited staff hours (10am-7pm) and street noise (it’s in an entertainment zone). No a/c or phones but room fans are fine. Book sharing area and hallway sofa are nice.

Una habitacion con o sin ventanas?

La ubicación es muy centrica.la habitacion era bastante grande, y el baño muy nuevo y delicado. Era grato tener frigorífico y habia un microondas en la zona común. El dilema en este alojamiento es elegir entre habitación exterior, que da a la calle con mucho ruido hasta muy tarde, y luego por la mañana temprano también. O interior, que son sin ventanas, solo una pequeña en el techo. En todas hace calor. Me dijeron que el las interior más. Y era noviembre...

Ya Me he quedado un par de veces aqui y me encanta este hotel. Ubicación genial, cerca a la estación de guaguas, de la playa y bares / restaurantes y tiendas tambien. Muy buen precio. Eso Sí..... En mi opinión es mejor reservar una habitación exterior. Lo siento porqué no sé cómo se llama pero hay una chica colombiana en la recepción que es muy amable y simpática....

Un bon choix !

Excellent séjour à l'hotel Kasa. Une équipe chaleureuse, une propreté honnête, et une chambre spacieuse. Certes la rue est parfois bruyante la nuit, mais il s'agit d' un très bon emplacement, au coeur du quartier du port de LPGC, et cela ne m'a pas dérangé. Au final, un très bon choix : merci à l'hotel Kasa !

Book only in emergencies

The check-in service after the opening ours where well organized. You can here EVERYTHING that happens infront of the room door or upstairs. Every step and when somebody uses the toilets in the hallway it sounds like it’s coming out of your private bathroom. So it’s not soundsproof at all. The room it self smelled moldy and where were long hair on the floor everywhere. There was also no window in my room, but that’s a personal preference. I Personals can only recommend the place in emergencies

Sehr zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal. Einrichtung etwas sporadisch und in die Jahre gekommen. Lage ist top, große Auswahl an Bars und Restaurants in nächster Umgebung. Kurze Distanz zum Strand und zum Busbahnhof mit direkter Anbindung an den Flughafen und nach Maspalomas. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist auf jeden Fall gut. Kommentieren wieder! Vielen Dank!
