Room cleanness, Staff attention , breakfast deserves a 5 stars. We are currently staying on the seventh floor, and an activity is taking place on the eighth floor with music at a volume that prevents us from resting. This situation shows a lack of consideration for guests who only wish to rest after a long day. Such behavior is abusive and does not align with the level of service expected from an establishment of this kind.

Contemporary decorated room with a fantastic floor to ceiling view of the town. The door to the toilet however was was trendy but not great. The Salsa on the roof bar on Saturday was amazing.

The breakfast was amazing, many options and also the staff was very friendly and welcoming. One thing thats wasn't good was that the jacuzzi was out of service everytime we asked to book it, so we never had the chance to try it. Cleaning was very good. Location also good if you like walking not very far from the beach. The beds was super comfortable.

Excellent accommodations!

Very well kept rooms and clean. The king bed was firm and the pillows soft which we appreciate. The thermostat is eco friendly and we needed help to cool the room. The temp doesn't go lower than 24.5 C but it was very comfortable. Reception, housekeeping and breakfast staff were helpful and kind! Breakfast options were incredibly immense & you could special order as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Staff but....

First of all, without exception the staff were absolutely charming. The hotel itself was a bit disappointing. The room had this bizarre setup with an 'Open Plan' ensuite - shower and toilet with glass doors opening into the room, screened by a sink and mirror. Not much privacy if a couple needed it! Also the shower door wasn't secure so a big pool of water outside the door resulted after each use! Room generally a bit tired. The roof terrace was a disappointment. There was a bar there but never saw it open. The sunbeds and loungers were generally squashed into each corner of the L-shaped floor area. There never seemed to be tidied up whilst I was there. The hot tub was OK but so much more could be made of the roof area to make it more attractive to guests. Staircase was a trip hazard as the vinyl covering was coming apart in places - obviously an ongoing problem judging from visible repairs One of the lifts was making a dreadful sound as it went from 4 to 6. I stopped using it!! The breakfast buffet was good.

This hotel is very smart, first impressions are good, the room nice and the bed is huge. The jacuzzi is broken, they are still advertising it as a facility. No one contacted me to say this was the case and suggested a refund if this was not to my liking, which it wasn't. However, I did luck out as they let me use the facilities at Santa Catalina just over the road. Far superier. I was told on Thursday there was a dance on the floor above me, I was on 7 th, dance on the sun deck 8th floor, until late on the Friday and Saturday. I wouldn't stop anyone enjoying themselves, so I accept it, but why was I not told before arrival and offered a refund as soon as they knew. It was like a hurd of elephants stomping. Kids sitting on the stairs, people screaching loudly. Like having a full blown nightclub in your room. It seems it happens often, I was there for 6 nights, and it happened on 2 nights. The noise was deafening in my room and continued at that volume until midnight. I was told it would stop at 11 pm, so sat in the lobby until then. It continued past 23.00 and 23.30 as I had no idea when or if it would stop. i got very upset, especially knowing the next night would be even later. Goodness knows when it would end. Took my bedding to the lobby and tried to sleep there What I bought was room to sleep in, a roof terrace and jacuzzi. 1 out of 3 Sme because the breakfast was really good with different stuff every day The room was clean and well equipped, and the staff were lovel

The hotel was adequate, nothing special. The major problem with the hotel was it only served breakfast.there was no lunch or dinner facilities in the hotel or area. Even the bar on the rooftop had no options for food.
