"Our room was small but efficiently furnished and clean. The air-conditioning was nice and the coffee was delicious. We enjoyed breakfast in the rooftop cafe each morning, and used the nearby Line 0 and Line 1 buses to reach the Metro easily. We found wonderful pizza at nearby Filipo, and good Italian at Vibras. The Los Molinos Mall was only two blocks away. We would definitely come here again."

"I did like the place overall. I just wish the fan in my room had been working properly. Other than that, it’s a convenient hotel for a quick stay since it’s close to most locations. Customer service, however, could have been better. We needed the shuttle to the airport, which we order the night before, but they weren’t able to reach the driver, which they didn’t let us know, so we ended up having to get an Uber ourselves. That part was disappointing. With a few improvements, this could be a much better experience."

"I really enjoyed my stay at Kyux. The studio was very nice, spacious, and bigger than I expected — simple yet modern in design. The area was great as well, with local restaurants and a supermarket nearby, which made everything very convenient. It was easy to get around by taxi, and transportation was inexpensive. I would definitely stay here again without thinking twice!"

"El staff fue muy amable y atento, la habitación era linda y el hotel en general es muy bonito, además de tener una excelente ubicación. Definitivamente tiene mucho potencial. Sin embargo, al llegar la habitación aparentemente acababa de ser desocupada y no estaba lista: olía a cigarro, había trastes mal lavados, la cafetera y el microondas estaban sucios, así como el lavamanos, y faltaban productos en el frigobar. Mencionamos estos detalles, pero la cafetera y el microondas nunca fueron limpiados. El jacuzzi tampoco recibió mantenimiento durante nuestra estancia; el agua estuvo verde, turbia y con mal olor, por lo que no pudimos disfrutarlo, además de solo poder usarlo una hora al día. El desayuno es rico, aunque las porciones son pequeñas. Con mejor control en limpieza y mantenimiento, la experiencia podría estar al nivel del lugar."
