The location was great, it is located next to the lift for Schilthorn. Free breakfast. Mountain view from our balcony. The only complaint is the dining option, you have to make reservations and the staff in the restaurant were not kind at all and just rude. We went to Hotel Jungfrau and had a wonderful dinner and listened to live music, no reservations needed. We liked Hotel Alpenruh but would not stay there again.

Clean and cozy hotel with great restaurant and spa, comfortable lobby and bar area. The owner visiting tables during dinner was a special touch. Great lodge decor and friendly staff. Highly recommend this hotel.
