Amazing staff and facilities. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone. They even have facilities for kids. They gave our 4 year old his own bathrobe and kids body wash and much more.

Excellent combination of facilities and service. The breakfast buffet is a must and the sauna facilities was great as well after a couple of days of casual hiking in the gorgeous mountain surroundings.

5 Star rating from our family of 5! This was one of our favorites from the 4 countries we toured. Everyone from checkin, to daycare, to the bar and restaurant were super welcoming, outstanding service. The bar food and drinks were a favorite. Danai at the kids club was the best with kids- she was amazing! A real resort with sports club perks and ski in and out proximity and ice skating. We did not want to leave!

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated with charming vintage pieces that gave the space a unique, historical feel. The staff speaks perfect English, making communication effortless, and they were helpful throughout our visit. A major highlight was the spa, which is absolutely amazing and well worth the time. While the variety of food in the restaurant is a bit limited, everything we ordered tasted incredible. Quality definitely wins over quantity here! Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway.

Fantastic hotel, fantastic staff really good food and amazing location. The only thing be aware you cannot get there with a car so you have to park your car at the bottom of the mountain and take the gondola which was a great experience. It was a bit of a panic doll because Google maps said that you cannot get to the hotel.

This is one of my favorite hotels I've ever stayed at. Nestled between the Swiss Alps, this hotel strikes a balance between modern luxury and the charm of a mountain town chalet. The property was stunning with beautiful decor that feels high-end and boutique, and the staff are all so warm and accommodating. Every detail felt thoughtful and intention, and made our stay one to remember. I hope to return to Murren just so we can stay here again!
