โHaving read some reviews I expected this to be more run down than it was. It was actually very good for the money. Linen was provided free of charge, as were cleaning items for the flat and enough plates, cutlery and kitchen items, which some reviews had said were either extra or not available, but I believe towels were extra (we bought our own).
