I contacted Hotels.com via the AI chat and was then given the code. This could really do with being remedied. However, the room was clean and comfortable with a lovely hot shower."

Overall okay, but shower and bathroom could have been cleaner as there was dirt (or what could have been mold) in the seams of the shower stall. Not impressed."

The owner was very nice and let me check in earlier than my 7:00 PM arrival. Has a beautiful stand alone bathtub and very large shower. It was very quiet and the building is quite nice like your stepping back in time a hundred years. I would stay there again."
