Breakfast here is very reasonably priced compared to other hotels and the lady with the Glasses at reception makes the best cafe au lait in France!!!! "

"Pamela is kind and welcoming! Bashir, the head housekeeper keeps modern room clean and stocked with amenities. It’s a small detail, but having a napkin for coffee service is outstanding! Perfect location, walked to all Churches and historic monuments. Rouen is fantastic and I highly recommend "
