The hotel is nice and has a great water park. They have no fitness center. There is very little to do in the surrounding area so you have to eat at the resort. The food was good and price reasonable. The breakfast is a set menu. To go into the water park and other areas at the resort you have carry a security paper which has to be scanned to enter. It’s a bit annoying, but doable. I would have stayed longer, but no fitness center is a big negative to me.
Lovely onsen offering however the hotel experience was overall quite strange. definitely not a relaxing place on the weekend when many groups of Vietnamese tourists take over. 30 women in the onsen at once very noisy, leave sauna door open even staff do it. Restaurant also very noisy with big groups. Alarms on room doors constantly on siren as not closed properly. It’s a lovely place maby better during the week if you want to relax. Very minimal English spoken. No black coffee available (only extra sweetened) on breakfast buffet also kinda strange. Would try Hue Onsen if i was to do it all again
