Staff were very helpful and friendly. The location to ski lifts is great. Ski rental on location is convenient . Room could use better lighting and different heat unit. Even with all the lights on, the room was still dark. When the heat unit was on, it was quite loud

The hotel was simply okay. The heater was really loud and cycled so much at night you couldn't hardly sleep.
