Left Bank, Paris hotel rooms at the Melia

"Our stay was decent at best. The room was extremely small and congested. For 4 people, it was too small and they shouldn’t advertise that for 4 people as we did not have room to move around at all. We were also told that we had to return our room key when we left the room because it was the only one left, later another employee told us it was okay to take it. Next day, when we are out with the key and come back, they had did housekeeping on the room. We were told there was only one key so how did they enter our room? One of the pillows was stained very badly, and I dropped something under the bed and it wasn’t very clean there either. The location is amazing yes, but it also is advertised as a view of Eiffel Tower and we got a floor level room with no view whatsoever, this was also our most expensive stay during our trip and definitely the worst. Had we not had such great experiences with our previous hotels then perhaps we would have enjoyed it more but there are better places to stay for much cheaper that I would recommend. "

"Great location, small room but everything we needed. Comfortable bed, no problems with sound from other rooms. Dated but felt classically French! Very nice staff. "

"The check-in was easy. They accommodated our desire to have rooms together. The location is very close to the Eiffel Tower which is good and bad. I didn’t realized that my bathroom was not clean until I went to take a shower and there was hair in the shower( walls). The elevators worked fine but the buttons were Very finicky. "

"Great location. We felt safe walking around during day and night. Very friendly staff. Kitchenette had everything needed to cook and prep food. Restaurants bakeries grocery stores all within few minute walk from hotel. I would definitely stay there again. Rooftop terrace had amazing view of Eifel Tower. "

"The hotel is great if you are traveling with kids. It is about 10min walk from the tower and there are a few restaurants and souvenir shops close to it. I would stay at this hotel in future stays and would recommend it to families with younger kids. The rooms are are the smaller side but it is expected as it is close to the Eifel tower."

"I absolutely loved the location of this hotel—it’s perfectly situated within easy reach of must-see attractions like the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre Museum, and the Champs-Élysées. The staff were warm and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Plus, being so close to a variety of fantastic local restaurants was a huge bonus. Highly recommend for anyone looking to explore the city with convenience and comfort! Can't wait to go back "
