reasonable price and good room condition
i really recommend this hotel. very clean room, and also breakfast was very good. and what i liked most was reasonable price. i cant believe this! but i woke up very early because of the chicken. they start crowing at 4 or 5 am.

The rooms were cleaned every day, you can choose if you want your sheets changed and towels changed! The beds were made every day and the staff were amazing and very helpful,

My overall rating is 4/5. The reason it isn't 5/5 is due to two things. The hotel itself is great, facilities, swim up bar, room, and whatnot. The two things where it is lacking is the noise from connected rooms. We had to change rooms due to the noise of other guests and it took two hours for the hotel to address this with the room next door after we alerted them to the issue. We were moved the following day. Secondly and this one is a major issue. The breakfast. Very limited options and food quality was lacking. Although this may sound like a personal issue. I couldn't eat the hot food 2 days in a row due to lack of taste and variety. Even the eggs were very runny and tasted a bit interesting. I hope the hotel is able to rectify the breakfast issue before my next stay as the hotel and staff are perfect. We stayed for 8 nights and would go back.

Like the place and staff, food is good. I was a little disappointed because in the day of silence during the Nyepi celebrations people from the swimming pool were laughing, talking and shouting in their loud voices. And no one from the hotell staff to remind them that we should talk in our low voices to respect the meaning of the Nyepi day.Not only in the evening but the whole 24hrs of the celebration. And respect the other guests who went to Bali on the day of silence to experience a day of solitude and reflection. That is the main reason why some people go to Bali on Nyepi day. That’s the only thing i was a little disappointed .

Azis the front liner is very friendly and good when explaining hotel facilities. We appreciate that Hotel extended our requests which made our 3 nights stay excellent. Only the toilet sink needs replacement as everytime use it the tap got sounds. Its not new hotel but overall its clean.

i appreciate that the staff immediately upgraded my room once they found out im an elite member. The service as usual is very good with a lot of options for breakfast. Room is clean and the area is quite near to attractions.

Curious as to why guests are required to wait at check out till the front staff clears the room of any issues with the housekeeping teams. After having stayed in many 5 star facilities that don’t practice this was made to feel as though they are checking if any room issues or other amenities taken. Might be worth considering

Room: The bed and pillows were pretty comfortable. And the room was spacious enough for a couple and a 3yo. Plenty of space to hoard food. It came with a balcony which doesn't have any furniture. We didn't spend time there but it came in handy to dry our swim clothes. Toilet: The toilet was my least favourite part of my stay. The water flooded while showering before subsiding. Another thing that affected me that may not matter to others is that the door to the toilet can't be fully open when the glass door to the shower area is closed. Service: Whatever the hotel lacked, it made up with excellent service, exceeding my expectations. Every single staff member we encountered displayed such great attitude and that always started our day well. Swimming pool: Hands down our favourite part of our stay. We spent time in the pool every day of our 5-day stay. The kids' pool was so accessible to our daughter who generally is scared of water. It was such a relief and much-needed rest. The adult pool was also comfortable. There were two floating bean bags in the pools which we had fun with as well. Location: It was very convenient to order food from and travel from with most Gojek rides costing us the minimum of 21,000 IDR. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. It was very worth it!

We loved this hotel - it’s away from the noise and hustle and bustle , set back near the river. Which was nice - the hotel was so peaceful and the staff are just amazing. Very friendly and you never wait for anything. It’s clean and relaxing. The breakfast is fabulous and the happy hour goes from 1-9pm! We will be back !

Lovely Hotel
Thank you to Mitha, Christo , Lady and other staff names I cannot remember. Special mention to Chef Wayan, his cooking is delicious and his team work hard to produce excellent dishes. Lovely hotel, slept well, great breakfasts and very lovely staff. I stayed in room 529 last week which had a balcony. Next door is laundry called ADITHA , the owner is very nice and will do all your laundry and iron it for 15,000 (£0.75) per KG or 20,000 if you need it back in 3 hrs. I booked several tours via Go Get Your Guide app and they all picked me up from the hotel lobby. Hotel has a free shuttle bus at 10am to the beach, just book it at reception for free. Or you can walk there or take a GRAB taxi , just download the app. Lovely hotel, I enjoyed my stay.

Beautiful helpful staff swim up bar one of the most comfortable beds and the pillows pumpkin soup chicken parmigiana bbq chicken pizza and garlic bread was our go to dinner with a few blue lagoon cocktails happy hour but 1 get one free all afternoon yummmm Eka was our waiter on our last night super friendly great experience no mosquitoes/bugs in the rooms highly recommend thank you for an amazing stay

The shower in the grand suite has some drainage issues, the water goes down really slow which potentially could over flow into the bathroom if you take a long shower. Besides the "Bali humidity smell" that's in most hotels and villas everything was clean. Maybe invest in a dehumidifier for your rooms to stop the mold smell. Service was excellent besides these small issues.

Very happy staying in Fairfield By Marriott Bali Legian hotel. Its clean, quiet and comfortable, easily accessible to all places. This was a nice little resort. Staff were excellent, rooms were large, breakfast was on point. We had 2 poolside rooms which was great to be able to step out the door directly into pool Only downside, pool was a little cold due to not getting enough sun, but may not bother some and it was not really walkable to anything I would stay again

The whole staff was outstanding!!!! I can’t remember the receptionist’s name who initially checked us in, but it was something like ?Neeta and they were completely attentive to our needs! We stayed in their I think ?junior suite (with the jacuzzi). We stayed for our honeymoon last Nov 2022. They treated us like royalty and we felt so special throughout our whole stay. They definitely give fresh toiletries daily. We loved that almost everywhere in Bali including the hotel had halal food. I would recommend ordering from their menu, although we only purchased from it once throughout the 11 or so days that we were there. The only recommendation I have is to please consider having a microwave for each room, because although their kitchen was willing to heat up our food for us, their kitchen also closes at 10, and is a bit of a hassle to have to do this every time. Other than that we had such a blast that we are still missing it till this day and would love to come back to this hotel in a heartbeat! Terimah kasi to the Fairfield Marriot legian staff!!! We love you all💚💚💚!!!
