Lovely and clean plus there was an iron and ironing board in the room, the markdown is due to no usb port in the room. Breakfast was lovely and staff were very helpful when I requested my fried egg to be flipped ( can't stand raw white)

Really comfortable stay and a great base for Leicester. We had a lovely stay. The room was a really good size, quiet and comfortable, with a decent shower and comfortable bed. Breakfast was particularly good, with a really nice choice including things like overnight oats as well as the usual options. The only thing I'd suggest is planning ahead if you're arriving by car, as we found the hotel and parking a little tricky to navigate on arrival! Once we'd worked that out, though, everything was great and we'd happily stay again.

Have stayed here a few times now and really love how friendly the staff are, quiet the rooms are and the central location and easy reach to rail and bus links as a public transport user.

The room was clean and tidy but basic. Staff friendly and helpful. Parking was offsite. However it was very noisy from outside and inside. Floorboards even though is normally cleaner allowed more noise to transfer including through the interconnecting door.

The staff were very friendly. If we were in another room, I would have given 5 stars overall as the room we stayed in was close to a noisy night club but luckily the music wasn’t as loud after midnight.
