"Nice, clean, friendly staff Very small but functional gym"

"This hotel was really dirty. The lobby looked nice and we were greeted by nice staff, but when we got to our room it felt anything but like home. There was hair on the bed and pillows, including inside the sheets. There was rice caked onto the chair, the bed cover with the logo looked really ratty and had something also caked onto it. There were crumbs everywhere and the grout in the bathroom looked atrocious. We were disgusted and went back to the front desk to see if they could reclean— unfortunately, the housekeeping had gone home, so we were given a new room and didn’t know if it would be worse or better. When we got to the new room, it was thankfully slightly better and not worse— there were still some crumbs and hairs but not as many, and one of the sinks in the bathroom did not work. It was plugged and after unplugging it, water started dripping out the bottom onto my wife’s feet. We then only used the other working sink. Overall we survived our stay but would never go back."

"Thankyou to the male that let us check in 4 hours early! Overall the staffing at this hotel were super! Also helped to provide cutlery for food ordered outside the restaurant. We did feel the tea/coffee wasn't quite stocked up, no coffee sachets along side the coffee machine. The complementary bathing products weren't checked on house keeping. Shower rooms are quite slippery had to keep my flip flops on. For a spa hotel no bathrobes are giving, disappoint, as felt unfortable wearing a towel to our room. Kept out suitcases in the holding room, till after 1530pm on check out day, used a security measure using tags i.e for reference numbers - loved this idea lady was extremely helpful. Sadly we didn't take note of names, but lovely staffing over all."

"I had a fall in Amsterdam. Fred and Eva took me to First Aid at the airport. They had all my personal belongings moved to a handicapped room. When I returned from ER my room was ready. They did so much for me. The hotel itself is beautiful with many amenities. I cannot praise them enough. Thanks to Eva Fred Hub and Pelion."
